Ireland (Boston University) and Dr. Alex R. Mayfield (Asbury University)  gave the third CHCD lecture  series of Spring 2023 entitled &#8220;Testing the Claim: The Sino-Foreign Protestant Enterprise as a Women&#8217;s Movement&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her influential essay 2006 essay, Dana L. Robert made the case for \u201cWorld Christianity as a Women\u2019s Movement.\u201d Although she lacked statistical evidence, Robert believed she could mount a convincing argument. Almost two decades later, it is finally possible to check some of her arguments and conclusions against quantifiable data.
